As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing team. You will be responsible for managing daily tasks to assist our customer service department running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain digital and physical files

· Communicate with customers

· Prepare reports and other documentation

· General Administrative Support

Qualifications:

· 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or customer service role

· 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
