Pay: $12-14 per hour

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Appointment Follow-Up Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with clients after their scheduled sales appointments to ensure they had a positive experience and to address any questions or concerns they may have. Your main goal will be to maintain client satisfaction, foster positive relationships, and facilitate the next steps in the sales process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Reach out to clients via phone, email, or other communication methods to follow up after their sales appointments.

· Ask clients about their experience and ensure all questions or concerns are addressed.

· Identify any additional needs or information required to move forward with the sales process.

· Keep detailed records of follow-up conversations and ensure any follow-up actions are documented.

· Provide feedback to the sales team about client responses and potential sales opportunities.

· Assist in scheduling follow-up meetings or calls if needed.

· Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude in all interactions.

 

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is preferred.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.

· Friendly, empathetic, and client-focused approach to communication.
