Call Center RepresentativeJob Title: Call Center Agent (no cold calling)
Full Time & Part Time Positions Available
Compensation: $13 per hour
Location: North Canton, Ohio
We are seeking motivated, organized, and trustworthy team members who have experience with phone sales and data entry. We will teach you how to be better but you must have the motivation to learn. We work both individually and as a team. There’s no sales involved but you should be able to create urgency.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Making outbound calls to QUALIFIED leads to schedule appointments for Free Estimates.
- NO COLD CALLING (every person we call has signed up for a free estimate)
Part-time and Full-time positions available working in the mornings and evenings!

- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have Basic Microsoft Excel Knowledge
- Must be able to work some weekends (Saturdays or Sundays)
